epicvip Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the epicvip website accessible at epicvip.org together with all services, games and features contained within it.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses the services of the platform.
• "Account" means a user's personal account registered on the epicvip platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the user using supported payment methods.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, additional funds or other benefits granted by epicvip to users subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the option available to users to limit or suspend their access to the platform for a set period of time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the epicvip platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
• Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. epicvip reserves the right to request identity verification via official documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time.
• Accounts are for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of another person or a business entity is prohibited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the epicvip platform are subject to the following policy:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. epicvip supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the chosen method and the internal verification process.
• All withdrawals must be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit unless approved in writing by the epicvip finance team.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details submitted are correct. epicvip is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information.
• Withdrawals may be delayed while a Know Your Customer (KYC) review is in progress. This is a standard procedure to ensure security and compliance with risk management policies.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

epicvip offers various bonuses and promotions. All offers are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% first bonus up to RM1,000. This bonus requires a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. Another example: A deposit of RM2,200 receives a bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.
• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once during the lifetime of their account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, cashed out or used to fulfil the wagering requirements of another bonus.
• epicvip reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including deliberately placing low-risk bets (bonus abuse), may result in the cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.

Weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated based on membership tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.7%, Platinum up to 1.0%, and Diamond up to 1.2%. Other promotions that may be offered from time to time will come with their own terms and conditions, which should be read and understood before participating.

5. Game Rules and Platform Usage

Users agree to comply with the following rules when using the epicvip platform:

• All games on the epicvip platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness. Users acknowledge that game outcomes are random and cannot be guaranteed.
• Any technical fault, connection disruption, or system error that causes an inaccurate game result is automatically voided. epicvip reserves the right to cancel any affected round or bet.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collaboration between players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion) is a serious offence that may result in account closure without any refund.
• epicvip reserves the right to cancel or withhold payment if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

6. Account Security and Data Privacy

User account security is a priority for epicvip:

• Users are fully responsible for keeping their login details confidential, including their username and password. epicvip will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• Any suspicious activity or unauthorised access must be reported to customer support immediately via live chat or support email.
• User personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the epicvip Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy page.
• epicvip uses SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmissions between users and our servers.

7. Responsible Gambling

epicvip cares about user wellbeing and is committed to responsible gambling practices:

• At epicvip's initiative: epicvip reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any part of these terms and conditions, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform.
• Any outstanding balance in an account closed due to fraud or a breach of terms is forfeited and will not be refunded.
• Users who have undergone self-exclusion may not open a new account during the exclusion period. epicvip reserves the right to close such accounts without notice.

9. Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability

Should any dispute arise relating to the epicvip platform or its services:

• Users must contact epicvip customer support in writing, clearly describing the dispute along with relevant evidence, within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• epicvip will review each complaint carefully and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
• epicvip is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including hardware damage, connection failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• epicvip's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual monetary value deposited by that user in the preceding 12 months.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which epicvip is registered and operates under its international licence.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

epicvip reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time:

• Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by registered email at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Users who do not agree with any amendment have the right to close their account before the amendment takes effect.
